Shipping Policies

While Sitting Ducks, Ltd. strives for the highest possible quality and customer satisfaction, we understand there may be times when you may be unsatisfied with the product, or the product may not have been manufactured to exact specifications.

If your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will refund 100% of your purchase price including shipping costs, if the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, we will accept the product for return within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund 100% of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Sitting Ducks, Ltd.

Our rates are computed directly from UPS rate tables at the time of your purchase. While we strive to make the correct computation every time, because of frequent changes to the UPS rate structure, sometimes are computations are not quite accurate and need to be adjusted. In such cases, we will contact you if an adjustment needs to be made.
